Zombies gathered on the Asbury Park Boardwalk in full costume before lurching their way around town for the 12th annual Zombie Walk Saturday.
Professional artists were on hand and available for those who wanted to go the extra mile.
"Get into the spooky spirit of the season,” says Jason Meehan, of the Asbury Park Zombie Walk. “You know, you can come in and bring your family. It's all ages, kids to grandparents, and get dressed up on the boardwalk with us.”
The celebration continues into the night with special events around town.
