The Passaic Valley Water Commission said Monday that the issue of discolored water that Passaic County customers were seeing over the weekend has been resolved.
The commission said the water that was impacting Clifton residents, where its crews were flushing, is running clear.

The commission told News 12 New Jersey their crews were addressing the problem by flushing the water mains until the water was clear.
The commission also said that it's looking for longer term solutions, like hydrant modifications and water main replacements to prevent the issue from happening again.
