The U.S. House is expected this week to vote on the M.O.R.E. Act, and if signed into law -- all federal courts would be required to expunge prior cannabis convictions.
It would also help the up-and-coming cannabis industry in New Jersey by allowing the businesses to apply for small business loans.
The house vote is Wednesday.
