Traffic moving again after GWB crash
Traffic is moving again on the upper level of the George Washington Bridge after a tractor-trailer crash stalled New York-bound traffic Monday morning.
Authorities were forced to shut down the eastbound upper level lanes while crews cleared the crash and a fuel spill.
The incident caused heavy delays during the Monday morning commute. The mess was cleared by early Monday afternoon.
