Toxicology tests: 3 Americans died of natural causes in Dominican Republic

The state department says toxicology tests done by the FBI confirm three Americans died of natural causes.
The new information follows some of the mysterious tourist deaths in the Dominican Republic.
They were found dead at resorts in the Dominican Republic back in the spring.
There was speculation that tainted alcohol was to blame.
At least 11 Americans died in the country earlier this year, raising concerns about the safety of visiting the country.
