East Hanover's Swift Water Safety (ESU) Team helped nearly 20 people Wednesday night, including three Livingston police officers.
Their tactical skills were put to use, and their aid was highly appreciated during the devastating storm.
East Hanover Chief of Police Christopher Cannizzo shared, "So proud of our ESU Swift Water Team. So relieved that all victims were taken to area hospitals and are in stable condition because of the heroic actions of these members."
