Suffolk Legislature sets special election date to fill void left by DuWayne Gregory

The Suffolk County Legislature has set March 10 as the date for a special election to fill the void left by former Legislator DuWayne Gregory in 15th District.

The Suffolk County Legislature has set March 10 as the date for a special election to fill the void left by former Legislator DuWayne Gregory in the 15th District.
The newly elected legislator will serve out the balance of Gregory's term, which ends in Dec. 21.
Gregory officially resigned Wednesday to to join the Babylon Town Council.
The Suffolk Legislature has been given 90 days to fill his vacancy.
