Casinos, race tracks and indoor dining are on track to reopen in New Jersey just in time for the Fourth of July.

On July 2, restaurants will be allowed to open for partial, indoor dining. They will be required to limit their capacity to 25%.

Anyone who comes inside a restaurant must bring their mask along.

Atlantic City casinos and state race tracks will also be allowed to start taking in-person bets.

Monmouth Park President Dennis Drazin says he's excited to welcome back fans, but safety is the priority.

"Although we have a huge facility, we're probably going to have to look at our different spaces," Drazin says. "And I'm sure when we look at outside spots and see social distancing--if one spots has 100 people, well that will be 25 people social distancing."

Casinos and racetracks will start out at 25% capacity. Face coverings and health screenings will be required.

The reopenings come as Gov. Phil Murphy as increased the number of people allowed at gatherings. Indoor gatherings are now limited to 25% capacity and no more than 100 people, while outdoor gathering are allowed to have up to 250 people.
