According to police in all 21 counties, there were a few challenges from large crowds, but overall, there were no serious incidents.
The large crowds required the closure of some parks to additional visitors after they quickly reached capacity. Certain people also had to be reminded that picnicking is not allowed, as well as team sports and the use of playgrounds.

People did socially distance from one another.
"Although they hit capacity like the governor said, really no EO violations,” says Col. Callahan. “A few parking summonses for folks that parked outside where they shouldn't because the parking lot was full, but really overwhelming compliance."
Law enforcement officials say the vast majority of people were compliant with social distancing rules, once they were told what they could and could not do.
