PNC Bank Arts Center testing facility to open Monday

The state's second drive-through coronavirus testing site, located at the PNC Bank Arts Center, will be opening Monday.

Members of the National Guard and FEMA were seen setting up cones, tents and barricades.

The testing site is designated to be for those who are exhibiting symptoms aligned with coronavirus. They're told to bring state ID with them and their insurance card if they have one.

Testing is free with either insurance or through the federal government.

The site will open seven days a week, starting at 8 a.m. and closing when capacity is reached.
