A biomedical engineering professor at Rutgers New Brunswick has tested positive for coronavirus, the university said.

He was exposed at a non-Rutgers location late last month.

He has been self-isolating and is said to be doing well.

Rutgers says the professor had close contact with a limited number of people at the school. Those people have been asked to self-isolate.
