State police say one person was killed following an early morning crash on the Garden State Parkway.

State police: 1 killed following crash on parkway
State police say one person was killed following an early morning crash on the Garden State Parkway.
According to state police, the crash happened in the southbound lanes at milepost 166, which is in Washington Township.
State police say the crash caused lane closures during the morning rush hour.
Multiple cars were involved, but there is no word yet on any other injuries.
