A Clementon man was fatally shot at a student apartment complex near West Virginia University.
The shooting happened at the College Park complex on Friday.
The victim has been identified as Eric James Smith. He was a sophomore at West Virginia University.
Both suspects were arrested at a Walmart shortly after. They are both charged with murder.
