Pizza boxes and Styrofoam no more: Mercer County starts strict enforcement of recycling policy
Mercer County is starting a strict enforcement of its recycling policy, and if a bin contains any contaminants, it will be tagged with a red "Recycling Rejection Notice" and won’t be collected.
