Two women and their young children were struck by a car following a crash in Hoboken.

Police say that two cars collided near the intersection of Third and Clinton streets Wednesday afternoon. Police say that as the vehicles collided, one of them continued onto the sidewalk and hit two women who were walking with their young children. That car then struck a metal guard pole.

The four pedestrians were taken to the hospital – located feet from the accident scene – and were all treated for minor injuries.

Hoboken police and the Hudson County Crash Team are investigating.
