Posted: Updated:

Police in Hightstown say a missing East Windsor man was found dead in Peddie Lake.

According to police, the body of Geovanny Urgiles, 34, was pulled from the lake Sunday around 3 p.m. after a resident reported a body in the water.  He was identified by his family at the lake.

Police say Urgiles was last seen at home on Jan. 25.  He was reported missing to police several days later and considered endangered, but police did not say why.

There were no signs of foul play.

An autopsy will be performed to determine the cause of death.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Detective Jerry Mecca at 609-448-1234 x 540.
