A mix of alcohol and marijuana are being blamed for a fatal Toms River crash from November.
Ocean County officials say the driver had a blood alcohol concentration of .189. A toxicology report also found marijuana in his system.
The medical examiner say Braden DeMartin was significantly impaired while driving.
They also say that the passenger, Daniel Foley, was under the influence of alcohol at the time.
