Authorities have made an arrest in the shooting death of a college student found inside her car.
Monserrat Noyola-Narvaez, 20, was found shot inside her Nissan Altima on Oct. 22 at the corner of Phillips Road and Matilda Avenue in Franklin Township. She died two days later, on Oct. 24.
Prosecutors have accused 19-year-old Kerron Parker in the murder.
