Realty website: Gen-Zers are flocking to Passaic County

A realty website says that New Jersey residents in Generation Z are looking to buy real estate in Passaic County.
Homes.com says that Clifton is one of several cities people in their early and mid-20s are heading. They say Clifton has things that are important to young people, such as a nightlife.
“Generation Z are more culturally diverse. They want to be close to commuting, they want easy accessibility to trains, buses. And third, they want bars and restaurants. And that's why Clifton ranks in the top towns for Generation Z to purchase in,” says Peter Tlatelpa, director of business development at Realty Empire.
Generation Z is made up of people born between 1995 and 2012.
