‘Lincoln Rhyme’ to film in Paterson, causing some parking restrictions

Filming for the NBC program “Lincoln Rhyme: Hunt for the Bone Collector” will take place in Paterson on Wednesday.
There will be some parking restrictions in the city due to the filming. No parking will be allowed on Jersey Street between Market Street and Oliver Street from 12 a.m. Wednesday until 12 a.m. Thursday.
“Lincoln Rhyme: Hunt for the Bone Collector” is based on the 1997 novel by Jefferey Deaver. It was previously made into a movie starring Denzel Washington and Angelina Jolie.
“Lincoln Rhyme” is one of the latest productions to come to New Jersey, particularly to Paterson ever since Gov. Phil Murphy reinstated tax credits for film productions. Earlier this month, filming for the Netflix movie “Beauty” took place in Paterson.
