This week, we're putting the spotlight on Rays Of Hope, based in Jackson. It's a youth organization that's actively involved throughout Central Jersey, focused on developing future leaders through community service and advocacy. Youngsters range from ages 8 to 18, and right now, they're working on a petition to stop lunch shaming in New Jersey.
