Black Friday online sales hit record $7.4 billion in US

The European Union Commission is conducting a preliminary antitrust investigation into Google's data collection, according to Reuters. In a leaked document, the EC says it will focus on how the company mines data, local searches, ads, web services and more. Google said in the past it uses data to improve its services and allows users to delete their data at any time.

The Dubai police force says the Tesla cybertruck will be added to its fleet, one that already includes supercars from Aston Martin and Bentley. The police force tweeted out a picture of the truck decked out in its emblems and colors. Tesla will sell a version of the cybertruck that boasts a zero-to-60 speed of 2.9 seconds.

Black Friday is hitting a record $7.4 billion in U.S. online sales, just as shoppers move away from brick and mortar. It was the second biggest online shopping day behind 2018's $7.9 billion in cyber Monday sales.
