Projections: Americans expected to spend $3M less this Black Friday

Shoppers didn't wait until midnight to raid their favorite store for deals Thursday evening.

Projections expect Americans to drop $87 million from Black Friday through Cyber Monday this year, a $3 million drop from 2018.

A poll on Finder.com shows at least 86% of people are planning on spending on the big pre-Christmas sales.

News 12 was there as the doors opened at Jersey City's Best Buy and shoppers ran for the holiday's season's hottest tech gifts.
