Bitter cold temperatures come to state in season's first taste of winter

Get ready to bundle up – New Jersey is getting its first taste of winter for the season.

News 12 New Jersey Meteorologist James Gregorio says Wednesday started with temperatures in the low-20s, with temperatures feeling like 12 degrees. Temperatures the rest of the day will be in the mid-30s, with mostly sunny skies.

Temperatures overnight will drop into the low-30s, with a few clouds. Conditions will be less windy.

Thursday will see mostly cloudy skies, with temperatures in the mid-40s. Conditions will be milder.

Friday will see a mix of sun and clouds, with a high of around 52 degrees.
