A Lavallette man is facing charges stemming from a fatal car crash in Toms River.
The incident occurred on Route 35 near Guyer Avenue last month.
Prosecutors say Brian Kosanke was high when he hit and killed Thomas Castronovo, of Warren.
They say suspect had xanax, cocaine and fentanyl in his system at the time of the crash.
He faces several charges, including vehicular homicide.
