Sweet! Getting creative with leftover Halloween candy

Posted: Updated:

Halloween is over, and now you may be stuck with a lot of leftover candy!

Wondering what to do with the surplus of candy? Don Donneruno, of "The Cake Don," visited the News 12 studios today with creative ideas!

Use silicone molds to make spoons that can be used to make delicious hot chocolate.

Mix up all your candy in a mold, and make an everything-chocolate bar.

Make a no-bake cake pop with rice crispy treats and chocolate.

Or grab all your candy, put it in a food processor and crush everything - makes a great topping for ice cream or a trifle!
