Rainy weather didn’t stop the annual Toms River Halloween parade
The annual Toms River Halloween parade went off without a hitch, despite a rainy Halloween evening.
The parade is said to be the second-largest Halloween parade in the country, coming in behind the New York City Halloween Parade.
