Republicans fight to retain control of New Jersey’s 8th District

Former Burlington Sheriff Jean Stanfield came out of retirement to join the ticket of Republican Assemblyman Ryan Peters, who is seeking his second term.

The Republicans are running against Democrats Gina LaPlaca and Mark Natale and Independent candidate Tom Giangiulio in the state’s 8th Legislative District.

News 12’s Alex Zdan spoke with some of the candidates.
