"Real Housewives of New Jersey" husband Joe Giudice is in Italy as he awaits the verdict of his deportation hearing.

His daughter, Gia, posted a picture to her Instagram page of her father with his brother.

According to People Magazine, Giudice feels like a weight has been lifted off his shoulders.

He is currently appealing his deportation case after serving time for mail wire and bankruptcy fraud.

Giuidice was ordered to be deported to his native country of Italy back in October of 2018, and has been behind bars since November of 2016 after getting sentenced for tax evasion.

He was released from prison and into ICE custody this March, as a judge has yet to rule his fate.

Giudice and his wife, Teresa, pleaded guilty in 2014 to financial fraud.

Teresa Giudice served nearly a year in prison and was freed in December 2015.

The couple has four daughters together.

His wife and daughters are expected to visit him in Italy soon.
