A man from Hoboken is facing DWI charges after police found him erratically driving a scooter.

The arrest happened Sunday around 4:08 p.m. in the area of Newark Street and Park Avenue.

Police stopped Nicholas Cutrone, 26, of Hoboken, after they say he was swaying back and forth and about to lose control at any moment.

He was released later that night.
