Lakewood police confirm missing teen with autism located

The Lakewood Police Department has confirmed the missing teen with autism has been located in the company of her boyfriend.

The Lakewood Police Department has confirmed the missing teen with autism has been located in the company of her boyfriend.
According to police, information developed during the investigation led officers to an unoccupied Woehr Avenue apartment around 10:20 a.m. Jennifer Valle-Valiente, 17, appeared to be in good health. She will be reunited with her family.
Police say Valle-Valiente was originally last seen in the area of Second Street and Park Avenue Wednesday at approximately 6 p.m. after she ran off from a family member.
