Crews work to repair water main in Toms River

Crews are working to repair a massive water main break in Toms River this morning.

Crews responded to the break on Hooper Avenue and Silver Bay Road in the north end of town.

North Hooper is currently closed from Ocean County College to Church Road.

Crews say they expect to have water service restored to customers by this morning.

Crews say  the road won't be open until about 1 p.m.
