Residents struggle to get safe water from distribution centers in Newark

Newark residents are still relying on the city to provide them with free bottled water.
There are four distribution centers to pick up safe water, but it is difficult for some to fit it into their schedules.
Jasmina Coira, a mother of three, had to line up with dozens of other cars outside the Vince Lombardi Center to pick up three free cases of water. She says the distribution is during her workday.
Coira says her and her husband have to make it work "no matter how inconvenient it is."
"We've been buying water and it gets costly," she says. "It's expensive."
Organizations are also helping to get the safe drinking water to the most vulnerable. Bridges Outreach is helping service the homeless community of Newark.
City officials say they handed out 2,000 cases in one day at a distribution center on Bloomfield Avenue.
