An online fundraiser for the 11-year-old boy from Carteret who lost his family in a car crash says he is back at home recovering with his uncle and other relatives.

Yash Singh was the sole survivor of the crash that killed his parents and sister in Virginia.

According to Virginia State Police, the crash happened last week along Route 340 in Page County.

Authorities say Gurmeet Singh, 44, Jasleen Kaur, 38, and their 6-year-old daughter were all pronounced dead at the scene.

Police say the driver of a 2008 Ford F-250 lost control of the vehicle, crossed the center line and collided head-on into the Carteret family's 2015 Dodge Grand Caravan minivan.

No charges have been filed.

The online fundraiser has raised almost $240,000 for Yash's future and funeral costs for his family.
