Man falls onto tracks after wrong door opens on NJ Transit train

New Jersey Transit is investigating why a train door opened on the wrong side of an outbound train, causing a passenger to fall out.
The incident occurred Monday while the train was stopped at the Secaucus Train Station during the evening commute.
A spokeswoman for the agency says the man who fell suffered scrapes but declined medical attention from emergency responders. His name was been released.
The spokeswoman says that human error is believed to have caused the mistake.
