A GoFundMe page has raised over $5,000 for a Belleville man who was critically injured while trying to stop two car thieves.

James Dillon clung to the hood of his car for two miles as the suspects tried to steal his car.

Dillon fell off and suffered critical injuries. His family says they're hoping to raise $20,000 for his medical bills.

Police say the men accused of trying to steal Dillon's car are behind bars.
