Animal rescue seeks forever home for adorable ‘mustache’ puppy

Posted: Updated:
DALLAS -

A puppy that appears to have a mustache is warming hearts in a series of photos which have gone viral, and the animal rescue that took the puppy in is looking for a forever home.

The puppy, named Salvador Dolly, was rescued along with her 10 siblings and mother by the Hearts and Bones Rescue in Dallas.

The rescue says that the dogs are on their way to foster homes for the time being where they will get love and medical care. But the dogs will eventually make their way to the New York area to find permanent homes.

“Mustache pup and company will be looking for foster and forever homes in the Big Apple the last week of August,” the group posted on Facebook.

The group is also urging animal lovers to go out and foster non-mustachioed puppies and dogs of all shapes and sizes, so that shelters can have room for other rescued pets.

Anyone who wishes to apply to foster a dog can do so at the Hearts and Bones website.
