TOMS RIVER -

A crash on the Garden State Parkway in Ocean County left a car standing perpendicular to the roadway.

New Jersey State Police say that no one was seriously hurt when two cars collided near Mile Marker 82 in Toms River Monday.

But the crash left one of the cars standing on its end, pinned against the center barrier.

The left and center lanes of the southbound side of the highway were blocked off for a time.

State police said that some traffic delays would be possible into the evening commute home.
