Police: Wrong-way crash kills woman on Route 130

Police in South Brunswick are looking for any witnesses after a woman was killed following a wrong-way crash.

Police in South Brunswick are looking for any witnesses after a woman was killed following a wrong-way crash.
The crash happened Wednesday around 1:06 p.m. on Route 130 at Distribution Way.
According to police, the crash involved a Volkswagen Jetta and a Lexus.
Preliminary indications show the Volkswagen was headed southbound and the Lexus northbound following the collision in the intersection.
Officials transported two people to Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick, where one person was pronounced dead. The other had serious injuries. 

Route 130 south was closed for three hours.
Police have not identified either of the drivers involved.
