Garner's children outraged as officer involved in father's death won't be charged

Protests erupted in Harlem after the Department of Justice decided not to file any charges against the officer involved in the death of Eric Garner in Staten Island.
Emerald Garner and Eric Garner Jr. say they will continue their fight for justice five years after their father's death despite what happened Tuesday.
"I'm sick of being humble, I'm sick of being calm," Emerald Garner said. "Fire him now."
Officer Daniel Pantaleo was captured on video putting Eric Garner in what appeared to be a chokehold during an arrest for allegedly selling untaxed cigarettes.
While a grand jury on Staten Island declined to indict Pantaleo in Garner's death, he was at the center of a departmental trial earlier this year.
Police Commissioner James O'Neill will decide if Pantaleo keeps his job. He is awaiting a judge's findings before he makes a decision.
