Better grab that extra cup of coffee -- a new study finds drinking coffee could help you fight fat.
According to researchers in England, coffee helps stimulate what's known as "brown fat reserves", which plays a role in how quickly people burn calories.

The study shows levels of brown fat are higher in children, but decrease as you get older.
Drinking coffee apparently helps boost the levels.
