Coast Guard expands search for Montclair couple missing in Barbados

The Coast Guard says it will expand the search in Barbados Thursday for the missing Montclair couple who disappeared after renting a Jet Ski.

Police officials in Barbados discussed the search effort in a news conference late Wednesday. Family members have also made their way to Barbados.

Oscar Suarez, 32, and Magdalena Devil, 25, disappeared after renting and using a Jet Ski in Barbados Monday. Officials say around 2:30 p.m., they rented the Jet Ski, and with life jackets on, made their way out into the water.

Officials say the couple did not go back to their hotel.

They arrived to Barbados on Saturday.
