Police identify teenage victim of Garden State Parkway crash

Police have identified the 15-year-old girl who was killed in a crash on the Garden State Parkway Saturday.
The victim has been identified as Rachel Upright of New Milford, Pennsylvania.
The crash happened just before 5:30 p.m. on the northbound side near Brick Township.
Troopers say a Ford Explorer entered the shoulder and struck the back of a parked Hyundai Santa Fe, which then sent the Hyundai into a parked Honda CR-V.
Police say the teen was inside the Hyundai and died at the scene. A 14-year-old boy who was also in that vehicle has serious injuries.
The drivers of the Hyundai and Honda were outside at the time and were not hurt.
