Police arrest man for erratic behavior, car crash with officer

WEST ORANGE -

A man was arrested Saturday morning for allegedly behaving erratically before a car crash with a police officer.

It happened near Mount Pleasant Avenue.

The suspect was allegedly ringing doorbells and yelling before he left in his car. He later crashed into an officer.

The suspect and the officer left with minor injuries. The driver is now facing several charges.
