Greenport man takes plea deal in deadly DWI crash

A Greenport man has cut a deal with prosecutors to limit prison time in connection with a deadly drunk driving crash.
Glenn Zaleski pleaded guilty to aggravated vehicular homicide and DWI. In exchange, the judge promised to cap his sentence at five to 15 years.
Police say Zaleski was drunk last summer when his pickup veered into oncoming traffic and crashed head-on into a minivan.
A Queens woman was killed. Her six passengers were injured.
At the time, Zaleski's blood alcohol level was nearly three times the legal limit.
