A worker at an Elmwood Park importing company died when he was crushed by a fallen forklift.

Authorities say that the incident happened at TC Imports Thursday. The worker was thrown from the machine after it tipped off a ledge, falling on top of him.

The victim was identified as Lin Yi Hui, 59, of Brooklyn.

Elmwood Park police, the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office and OSHA are investigating.

OSHA says in a statement that TC Imports has no prior OSHA inspection history.
