Report: NJ's Economic Development Authority hit with subpoena

New Jersey's Economic Development Authority has been slapped with a grand jury subpoena, according to Politico-New Jersey.

The subpoena seeks documents related to the authority's tax incentive program, including details about policies and information about companies that got state tax breaks.

A special Gov. Phil Murphy administration task force is investigating the group to see if it wrongly gave out lucrative tax breaks.
