Coast Guard: Sailboat off Bradley Beach expected to leave

The Coast Guard says the captain of a boat off of Bradley Beach is expected to leave Tuesday morning.

The captain was able to drop anchor this weekend in stormy weather. Witnesses called about the boat, saying it was in distress.

The Coast Guard gave him a life jacket and attempted to give him a radio, but he did not take it.

They say the captain appears to be in good shape.
