This weekend's weather caused damage around the state.
In Edison, the wind and rain brought down wires and closed down roads while crews tried to clear them.
The wind caused a tree to fall onto a house in Scotch Plains Sunday afternoon on Lake Avenue. Officials say nobody was hurt.
A similar incident happened in Asbury Park when the wind caused a tree to topple onto a parked car. The tree also ripped up the sidewalk as it pulled out of the ground.
Officials say roads were closed all day in Parsippany, as crews fixed a water main break and sinkhole. The incident happened on Baldwin Road between Route 46 East and Troy Road.
