For the fifth year in a row, the New York Red Bulls are hosting an Autism Awareness match.

General manager Marc de Grandpre says he wants the Red Bulls to be a team everyone can come see.

"It provides an opportunity for families to feel comfortable when their child gets uncomfortable during a match," he says.

de Grandpre is talking about the sensory room at Red Bull Arena. For the last four years it's been a sanctuary for kids who have Autism. They can escape during a match, but still keep an eye on the action.

"Which is critical," de Grandpre says. "We didn't want to take the family out of the game environment."

de Grandpre is all about family. His daughter Julia has Autism, making the Austim Awareness match a little more personal.

The Autism Awareness match is Saturday night against FC Cincinnati.
For each ticket bought on the special section of the Red Bulls website, $3 will be donated to Autism Speaks.
